We are able to high speed polish and buff all types of metals. Mostly we provide this service on stainless steel or aluminum trim from vintage cars. We are also able to do any repairs that you require on the trim beforehand. We also are able to polish and buff cast aluminum parts like engine parts or primary covers. We are also able to high speed polish and buff solid copper or solid brass parts to a mirror finish. But they do require a clear coat afterwards to prevent tarnishing with the air.
With polishing and buffing we use the existing metal and work it down removing damage or pitting and then polishing with various grits up to 400 then finishing it on our high speed buffing wheel to a mirror surface that has slight buffing lines showing.
