Alberta Plating Ltd.
We make pick up and drop off runs through Saskatoon, Regina, Swift Current & Maple Creek roughly every month. Contact Head Office for more details.
Be sure to disassemble everything as completely as possible and remove brackets and such that are not to be plated as these are usually heavy and will add to shipping costs.
Larger grilles are often multiple pieces that were riveted together after they were plated – these must also be disassembled by drilling or grinding the rivets. You will be responsible for reassembly once the plating is completed. Extra charges will be incurred if parts are sent to us in the assembled state and we have to disassemble them and parts will be sent back unassembled.
Please place small items such as nuts, bolts, letters, emblems and the like into plastic zip bags so they do not find their way out of small holes that can occur in boxes during shipping.
Print and fill out our parts packing slip with your name, phone number and address as well as the parts list and put a packing slip in each package. You can download the parts list here or by clicking on the image below.
Shipments from the US should be sent via USPS. Using any other method usually incurs import and brokerage charges which will have to be charged back to you – these can be in the hundreds of dollars.
Depending on the type of parts, the time to complete your plating job once we have it in our shop could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. We make no guarantee as to any completion date as some parts are more troublesome than others and take longer to complete.
